MY STORY

How I started

 

   When I was 20 years old I began to decorate cakes. I started at a small family owned bakery in Houston, which was considered one of the top bakeries in the Houston area.We did cakes for the Mayor and many other public figures through out the area. I have sinced worked at other bakeries. I have 26 years of experience. I have a large clientel that has followed me from the start. So I have now decided to work on my own, and build my own business.

 

   â€‹From my 26 years of experience I have honed my craft, which include: air brush, free-hand draw portrait cakes, design tiered wedding cakes, various custom designed cakes, and worked with fondant.

 

 I strive to do my very best to please my customers, I am a very detailed oriented person. I want to treat my clients as if they are family, and want them to be completely satisfied with my work.
